Conduct Professional Standards A Australian -Myassignmenthelp.Com
Question: Discuss About The Conduct Professional Standards A Australian? Answer: Introduction It is evident from the given scenario that, Hardeeps friendship with Mandeep is causing ethical dilemma for Hardeep. If Hardeep choose company B for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Mandeep and his organization will be benefited. However, both Hardeeps organization and Company B will suffer a loss if Mandeeps Company is given preference. While choosing company B, inspite of getting a better offer from Company A will not only enhance the overall cost of Hardeeps company, but it will also impose a negative impact on Company As business. On the other hand, the friendship of Hardeep and Mandeep and professional career of Mandeep might get severely affected if Hardeep chose Company A over Mandeeps company. Providing facility to Mandeeps Company on the basis of personal relation will not only violate the act of ethics, fairness, equality and honesty but is also illegal. Moreover, both Hardeeps organization and Company A will suffer a loss if priority is given to Company B. Hence, Hardeep should accept the offer of Company A since it will be ethical and justified act. Analysis of the action According to The Primacy of the Public Interest, an ideal citizen should always place the interest of the common mass before his/her personal interest (White 2005). It can thus be understood that an employer is supposed to serve the interest of Organization in spite of serving his personal interest. Another ACS Code of Ethic, Honesty states that an individual must maintain honesty while representing his/her knowledge, services, products and skills. Therefore it can be clearly understood that accepting a non-profitable offer on basis of personal relationship while disallowing a capable offer falls under the act of dishonesty. Fourthly, according to the code, Professional Development, an individual must enhance his/her own professional development along with his/her colleagues and employees. Being an IT Manager it is the duty of Hardeep to choose the deserving offer letter for handing over the project and hence he needs to choose Company A (ACS CODE OF ETHICS 2018). Finally the code Professionalism states that professional actions including maintenance of dignity and respect for all individuals in the society must be conducted in order to maintain professionalism (acs.org.au 2014). This code also contradicts the option of Harpeet to hand over the project to Mandeeps Company since the act will be unprofessional. Decision The Australian legislation on professional ethics states that any unethical and unprofessional activity conducted by an individual is punishable (Lsc.sa.gov.au. 2018). Therefore it can be understood that choosing Mandeeps company unethically over Company A will create legal issues for Hardeep. In order to solve the mentioned ethical dilemma, the first step taken by Hardeep should be accepting the offer made by Company A. Along with that, appropriate action should be taken against Mandeep for his unprofessional behavior. According to the acs.org.au (2014), Hardeep should refrain from conducting any action that may tarnish his image. Being a manager, he should protect and promote the professionalism in his organization. Recommendation The above decision will not only ensure preservation of professional morality and ethics, but will also save Hardeep and his organization from any legal issue. In order to maintain commitment of friendship with Mandeep, Hardeep should meet him personally and make him understand the ethical dilemma and the legal issues that he might have faced if he had chosen Mandeeps organization for the project. Li Po Tu Fu Essays - Chinese Poetry, Han Dynasty Poetry, Li Bai
Li Po Tu Fu Comparison of Li Po and Tu Fus Poetry During the Tang Dynasty, Li Po and Tu Fu have reigned the literary world with their poetry. Their writing techniques and themes in their poetry allow them to stand out amongst other poets at the time. With the unique aspects and images these poets write about, they distinguish the similarities between themselves and contain different intensities in their poetry. While Li Po has a more relaxed tone to his poetry, Tu Fu deals with the serious aspects of life such as war, poverty, and suffering. Li Pos writing style is conventional and contains no new innovations. Much of his poetry contains older styles such as lu-shih, chueh-chu, and especially the ku-shih. Li Po also tends to look upon the past more than the future. In his poem, At Su Terrace Viewing the Past, Li Po states, Old gardens, a ruined terrace, willow trees newand now there is only the west river moon, that shone once on a lady in the palace of the king of Wu. Throughout this poem, Li Po shows a longing for the past, the longing of that lady who lived in that palace. Now he is looking back upon the past and the wonderful experiences he had. Although Li Po suffered through exile and complicated political connections, he rarely expresses his grief through his poetry. Usually, his poetry contains the happier aspects of life and avoids being too personal and less revealing on his inner emotions. Perhaps one of the more notable aspects of his writing is his fondness of nature, especially with mountainous landscapes and celestial scenery. In the poem, Poem #19 in the Old Manner, Li Po expresses the beauty of nature. West ascending Lotus Flower Mountain, far far away I saw the Bright Star maid; with pale hands she plucked lotus blossoms; with airy steps she walked the great clear void, the poem continues combining the mountain landscape and the heavenly body of the Bright Star maid. Alcohol became another common theme of Li Pos poetry. Scholar Tan-chiu! Bring the wine and no delay! For you Ill sing a song- be pleased to bend your ears and hear; bells and drums, foods rare as jade- these arent worth prizing; all I ask is to be drunk forever, never to sober up! This excerpt from the poem Bring the Wine, is only one of the many hundreds of poems that portrays Li Pos love of wine and its affects. I take my wine jug out among the flowers to drink alone, without friends. I raise my cup to entice the moon. That, and my shadow, makes us three, is an excerpt from his Drinking Alone poem. It displays his love of wine and the enjoyment of the beauty of the moon. Tu Fus poetry illustrates more serious topics and contains more serious themes. It contains more creation, tu-tsao, and his writing styles have a modern twist to them. He also brought the chin-ti form to popularity, making it a poetic statement. One characteristic of Tu Fu poems is that he incorporates and parallels two totally different topics together. For example, in his poem River Stop Tu Fu parallels the river and clouds to his heart and his mind. Rivers flow- my heart doesnt try to keep up; clouds remain- slow as my imagination. Tu Fu also condenses and distorts his poetry, which leaves his poetry ambiguous and open to suggestion. However, this may be one of the reasons why Tu Fus poetry is harder to interpret or to understand. Freeing the Boat exemplifies this aspect. Green- I hate to see the hilltops passing; yellow- I know that citrons are on the way. The colors represent his emotions towards the problem, or perhaps the colors are the colors he sees. Yet, this poem can be op ened to interpretations of the reader. Li Po expresses Taoist beliefs, while Tu Fu portrays Buddhism through his compassion of the small motions of nature such as ripples on a pond, or the wings on a bird. Tu Fu states where mud is soft the swallows fly; where sands are warm the mandarin ducks doze. He pays attention to the little

Proverbs Essays (482 words) - Book Of Wisdom, Septuagint, Solomon
Proverbs Chapter 1 talks about becoming wise be graceful of your teachings and be gracious you are being taught. You should be happy that you are being taught and you are getting a good education and that you will be able to become something in life because of this education that you are fortunately receiving. Also it says that only idiots despise wisdom and instruction. Which I think is very good to know because it is dumb to just throw away knowledge and wisdom even instruction. Chapter 2 I think that this chapter is basically telling us the things that could happen to you if you do not accept wisdom and the things that will happen if you listen to the lords word and the lord can strike fear unto thee soul. Chapter 3 I believe that this chapter is basically telling us that we shall not let things come upon us that are not god sort of like the first commandment, which is no other gods before him. You shall always love him and worship him and not another being. Never disobey his correction to you because he is thy one who is right and you are thy one who is wrong. His judgment is always absolute and you shalt never disgrace it in any way of life and being or something like that. Chapter 4 This Chapter talks of listening and respecting the lord's teaching and do not regret not being able to understand what you have been taught by the almighty lord. Do not decline the words that escape his mouth for they are for understanding and learning. Wisdom is the main thing in life. You shall exalt her and be one with her by giving thee a crown of love and life. He has taught thee in the way of wisdom so you shall not overcome the strength of his teachings and readings. You shall not be tempted by the evil and go the way in evil men but fight for the thing wisdom has given thee. Chapter 16 Devote yourself to thee lord and you shall be forsaken with love and gifts. The lord has made all things for purposes including the evil in this land. When a man's ways please the lord then the lord shall make his enemies forgive him. The king loves righteous lips and he loves when the lips speak of truth and life. To become upright to go on the highway of righteousness you shall totally depart from evil. Better it is to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud. He will always give you instruction so that you may do the right thing as long as you devote your worship to him. He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that rules his spirit than he that taketh a city. Religion Essays

Muslim Uighurs under Religious Discrimination in China Essay
Muslim Uighurs under Religious Discrimination in China - Essay Example According to the report findingsà alongside clear efforts to improve indoctrination of religious leader and clerics, since 2001, Chineseââ¬â¢s authorities have stepped up the suspicion and inspection of many of mosques to the extent of sending people to supervise Uighursââ¬â¢ mosques. Moreover, in 2001, the government inspected around 23,000 mosques in Xinjiang whereby, it ruled forty-one mosques as non-conforming to regulations of Xinjiang. That led to clashes between Muslims and Chinese police who destroyed mosques intentionally. The Chinese authorities were careful not to appear as targeting Muslims specifically by closing down their mosques. Since late 2001, authorities in Xinjiang imposed even more restrictions on mosques; for example, they banned any new construction work on mosques in Xinjiang. According to media reports, an official of Hetian Nationalities and Religious Affairs Bureau declared that about five people had opposed the conversion of a mosque into a carpet factory by appealing to Beijing authorities when the project begun.à As the paper declaresà Muslims around the world fast during month of Ramadan until sunset. Letter of Advice Research Paper Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 2000 words
Letter of Advice - Research Paper Example This love evolves, grows and matures with the passing years. Feelings and experience in the initial phases may be revisited later in life but in a different and quite possibly, mature manner. But the consistency in feelings and love over the years and decades, though in different facets, is more than worth goldââ¬â¢s exchange rate (Chapman, 2010). Also, what keeps the understanding and mutual love ablaze is friendship. A spark in the fire is what romance acts like in relationship, leading to intimacy when aroused and smothered when not fed up properly. Friendship, on the contrary, is like a warm bed of coal that keeps affection as a constant. Sacrifice is vital, but not the only factor to live with. Too much of it would lead to unhappiness for both of you. Cooperation in helping achieve each otherââ¬â¢s dream is the best way to survive. This is because being human requires striking a balance with all sorts of needs (Puhn, 2010). What has inspired me the most, I would thoroughly like to share it with you. Although the experience and evolution is a continuous affair, but what I would like to share with you will hopefully make you rethink and go over your ties with each again and again, just like every one in that session felt. à The most frustrating fraction of any communication is the fact that people, heavily including me too, fail to understand the simplest of phenomenon that we all are different. Yet we complain, ââ¬Ëwhy people get so difficult to communicate with?ââ¬â¢ From our feelings, priorities, emotions, goals and ambitions to the minutest division of our being, the gene, is remarkably distinguishing from every one else. Truly this corner of our persona is usually is the roughest and difficult to deal with since it is mostly out of control (Hogan, Stubbs, 2003). The barrier most difficult to surpass and deal with is the emotional barrier. What influences
